Made by Many has been working with Hearst since the business acquired one of the UK’s leading online destinations for women, Handbag.com in 2006.

Some of us had already been working with Handbag.com for some time before the acquisition, to improve, extend and update the site’s user experience. We helped Hearst, the site’s new owner, to redesign and re-launch Handbag.com.

More recently, we created the “recessionista” blog OolaMoola for Hearst – an idea Made by Many conceived and pitched rather than being a response to a brief.

We helped Hearst merge Good Housekeeping, Country Living, House Beautiful and Coast mags, into a single, more social site at Allaboutyou.com.

As part of this work we assessed Hearst’s technology platform, delivered a technology strategy and helped the business recruit key technologists.
