The Hayseed Chronicles and Mr. Toppit now tops my must reads

For all of you who are massive Hayseed fans, here’s a little pearl of a blog to add to your feeds.

A charming read, The Big Blog of Hayseed collects masses of ephemera around The Hayseed Chronicles (an obscure series of children’s books).

Don’t know enough about the Hayseed Legacy myself, but I’m definitely adding the book this blog highly recommends, “Mr. Toppit”, to my list of absolute must reads. Unless the movie gets here before I’m able to get my hands on it, that is.  The story’s main character, Luke Hayman (to the left), seems like such a familiar young chap, for some reason… can’t quite put my finger on why, though. Can you?
